BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA

Nicknamed the Paris of South America, I mistakenly had high hopes for Buenos Aires. In spite of this, it was fortunate to participate in free walking tours, checking out the futbol stadium, an outdoor art market, and of course, Evita's balcony and grave.
