If you remember the children's television show, Barney, you might remember the episode where a kookaburra was seen laughing in a tree. I was excited to finally meet a kookaburra as well as a pair of wallabies!

 

The wallabies reminded me of miniature kangaroos. They too, were also interested in the grass in my hand. However, the wallabies did look different than Rocko, a wallaby cartoon from a 90's Nickelodeon show.
